National Minimum Wage 2025 Forecast. Starting april 2025, the national living wage (nlw) for workers aged 21 and over will rise by 6.7%, from £11.44 to £12.21 per hour. Starting on 1/1/2025 the minimum wage will be $18.02 for large employers (26 or more employees), and $16.96 for small employers (25 or fewer employees).
